What we offer authors

Reviewing your material

A synopsis, outline and sample text help explain the publication’s purpose and audience. We will contact you using the details provided if more information is needed.

Discussing distribution

If the proposal fits MegaHub’s focus, we discuss possible catalogue inclusion and distribution. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee placement or sales.

Form of cooperation

Publishing a new manuscript and working with a finished book require different arrangements. The work involved and any proposed print run are discussed after reviewing the material.

Transparent terms

The scope of work, rights, timing and financial terms are agreed before cooperation begins and recorded in the contract.

Review stages

How proposals are reviewed

1

Enquiry and materials

Complete the form and describe the material. You can attach a PDF, DOC or DOCX file up to 20 MB or a document link. A synopsis and sample text are enough for an initial enquiry.

2

Initial review

We review the proposal and request clarification if needed. Review time depends on the length, readiness and content of the material.

3

Agreeing terms

If cooperation is possible, we discuss its format, rights, timing and financial terms. Preparation and publication begin after the arrangements have been agreed.

4

Working under the contract

Preparation, publication and distribution follow the agreed scope. Payment and remuneration arrangements are defined in the contract.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Our main focus is school textbooks, workbooks and teaching materials. Include the subject, grade, language and intended audience. Other formats can be described separately for individual consideration.

Provide the responsible representative’s name, contact details and information about the material. Mention any jointly held or organisational rights. Documents and cooperation terms are discussed after the enquiry is reviewed.
Rights, the type of remuneration and its amount are individually agreed and recorded in the contract. Sending material through the form does not itself transfer publication rights or authorise a book’s release.
There is no single review period for every proposal; it depends on the material’s length and readiness. You will be contacted after the initial review. Further stages and timing are discussed separately.
